EXCC Events

The Exeter Centre for Cytomics runs conferences and training workshops covering flow cytometry, cytometry computing, and related data science methods. Events are delivered by EXCC staff and external contributors, and often make use of technologies available within the centre.

Our programme includes short courses, multi?day workshops, and collaborations with regional and national partners.

GW4 Cytometry Data Science Workshop 2026

A four?day workshop covering cytometry data science, including machine learning methods and spatial biology. The course focuses on practical approaches to analysing high?dimensional cytometry data.
